General Information

First thank you for finding and visiting our store.

We are family owned and operated business that has been around for over 5 years now (gosh time flies!) You can find out more about GreekForMe.com on our About Us page.

We have setup our site with our licensed organizations in mind. Sure you can find custom greek merchandise, but we have also setup an individual page for each and every fraternity and sorority that we have items for.

These pages have your organization's colors, crests, and letters on all of our greek merchandise. We took this approach because we wanted you to know what your organization's merchandise would actually look like.

Quality

What about Quality? We stand behind all our products. If there is a manufacturing defect that has somehow slipped through our quality process, then please let us know. We will gladly exchange the item for a replacement.

Processing an Order

We do not charge your credit card until your item is shipped. For Paypal payments, the Paypal transaction is processed as soon as your make the purchase.

Most of our garments are custom made. We do not stock the hundreds of possible combinations for Greek Sweatshirts, T-Shirts, etc. Rather, once we receive your order, we begin the production process.

When will I Get My...?

You have a choice in how your order gets processed. Standard Processing, or Rush Processing In order to keep costs as low as possible, we have a order processing system that figures out the best way to process a group of orders. To break into and disrupt this schedule, we lose time and ultimately the ability to make money.

Your Rush Processing selection, tells us that the timing of order is very important to you and you are willing to pay to move your order up in the processing. Rush processing is NOT just extra shipping costs.

We have provided a link on every product page near the order button so that you can an estimate of when your product will arrive.

Also, you will notice in the shopping cart that an estimate is provided for your items.

Finally, I belonged to a sorority in college. It was some of my most cherished memories. I know what is means to wear sorority letters. Not only are showing who you are part of, but you are also showing what the organization is all about.
